BalanceWebco provides website design, development, AI, CRM, and marketing services. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed in a written proposal for each project.
Payment
Projects typically require a deposit to begin, with remaining balances due per the agreed schedule. Final pricing depends on scope, features, integrations, content, and timeline.
Website ownership
After the project is paid in full, the client receives ownership of the approved website files and agreed-upon project assets. Third-party software, licensed fonts, stock media, domains, subscriptions, and platform services remain subject to their respective licenses and accounts.
Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions can be arranged at an agreed rate.
Warranties & liability
Services are provided on a professional-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, or business outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
